Kristin oversees the academic, administrative and operational functions of the department, ensuring alignment with the university’s goals and policies. Kristin manages faculty affairs, including hiring, evaluations and mentoring, while also guiding curriculum development and budget planning.
Charlotte Anderson, MSc, PT, PhD
Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream
Charlotte supports key projects that advance the department’s strategic goals including interdisciplinary collaborations, innovation and strengthened external partnerships.
Kelly O’Brien, BSc, BScPT, PhD
Professor
Kelly supports the department's research mission by fostering faculty research development, coordinating internal grant and ethics activities, promoting external funding opportunities and enhancing the visibility of departmental research achievements.

Meredith Smith, BSc, MScPT
Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream
As the Education Coordinator, Meredith supports a key leadership, administrative, and student support role while acting as the main facilitator between the UTSC and the St. George campus sites. She collaborates with Academic Unit Leads and Theme Leads to support seamless development, design, and delivery of the curriculum across the two sites.

Euson Yeung, BScPT, MEd, FCAMT, PhD
Associate Professor, Teaching Stream
Euson supports leadership and oversight of the department’s academic MScPT program, including curriculum development, delivery, evaluation, student experience and admissions.
